Charter Flights Sized to Your Trip
Two people heading to a meeting in Chicago don't need the same aircraft as a company team flying to the West Coast. We match the plane to your passengers, bags and distance. Turboprop charter and light jet charter suit short hops and small groups. Midsize, super-midsize and heavy jet charter add cabin room and range, and empty leg flights fill seats on planes that are already flying.

Turboprop Charter
Twin and single-engine turboprops for regional flights, short runways and small groups, priced point to point with no long term commitments.

Light Jet Charter
Small, fast jets for groups of about four to seven on trips of a few hours, with every operator and crew checked before we book.

Midsize Jet Charter
A roomier jet for groups of six to nine on trips of two to five hours, with the operator, crew and weather checked before you fly.

Super-Midsize Jet Charter
A stand-up cabin and the range to cross the country nonstop, for groups of eight or so who want a long flight to feel short.

Heavy Jet Charter
Large-cabin jets for groups of 10 or more and nonstop long-range flights, with crew, fuel and fees built into one quote.

Empty Leg Flights
One-way repositioning flights at a lower fare, offered only after we check the operator, crew and aircraft the same way we would for a full charter.
How Our Bookings Are Different
For us, safety comes ahead of speed and price. It shows in what we check, what we share with you and what we turn down.
We vet operators before anything else
An aircraft only reaches your quote after we have reviewed its operator, that operator's safety record and the plane's maintenance history. If something looks wrong, we drop it.
We check the pilots
We learn who is flying your trip and how many hours they have in that aircraft type. Ask us about it and you will get a straight answer.
Honest weather calls
Ice, low ceilings and summer storms are part of flying here. When the crew wants to hold, we back that decision and work out a new plan with you instead of pushing the flight.
One clear, itemized total
Our quotes are all-inclusive. Fuel, crew, taxes and airport fees are all in the number, so nothing hidden appears after you land.
No program to join
Each trip is booked on its own, with no sign-up and no long term commitment. A one-way flight costs one way and never round trip pricing.
Booking a Flight, Step by Step
Most bookings take a single call, occasionally two. Here is how it goes from that call to takeoff.
- 1
Share your trip
Call with your dates, destination, passenger count and an estimate of your luggage. Let us know about pets, special equipment or a tight schedule.
- 2
We review planes and operators
We find aircraft that suit the trip, then look at each operator, crew and maintenance status before any of them reach you.
- 3
Your quote comes by phone
Each option comes with an all-inclusive price, and we explain the tradeoffs in cabin size, speed, range and cost.
- 4
Flight day
You go to the FBO instead of a busy terminal. The crew greets you, stows your luggage and gives a brief safety talk before boarding.

About Private Jet Charter Columbus
We're a Columbus charter company that books private flights on demand. We work out of our office and by phone and video, and our job is to get you a safe aircraft at a fair, clear price.
Our rule is simple: the plane you fly on should be one we'd put our own families on. That means checking operators before quoting them, saying no to aircraft we're not sure about, and telling you plainly when weather makes a departure a bad idea.
- Warranty
- Mechanical insurance covers up to 100% of replacement flight cost
What Drives a Charter Quote
Each charter is priced for that trip alone. A handful of factors change the number most, and we go over each of them by phone so your quote makes sense.
After we have your dates, passenger count and route, we give you an all-inclusive quote by phone. When plans shift, we requote and tell you what changed.
- Size of the aircraft
- An hour in a turboprop costs less than an hour in a heavy jet. Choosing the smallest plane that safely carries your group and luggage is the simplest way to save.
- Hours in the air
- Charter prices mostly track flight hours, which depend on distance, routing and the winds at altitude.
- The plane's starting point
- When the aircraft must fly in from elsewhere to collect you, that positioning time is part of the cost. Point to point pricing means you pay for your trip, not a round trip you never fly.
- Waiting and overnight stays
- When the crew stays over at your destination, their costs are added. One-way trips and same-day returns are priced differently.
- Fees at the airport and FBO
- Each airport sets its own landing, parking and handling fees. Busier fields charge more, and a nearby airport can cut the cost without much extra driving.
- When you fly
- Aircraft book up quickly around holidays and major events. During Indiana winters, de-icing before takeoff can raise the total, and we add it when it is likely.
Questions Travelers Ask Us
Something not covered here? (812) 727-4387
How much is a private jet charter?
It depends on the aircraft, the flight hours, where the plane starts and whether anyone stays overnight. We give a number once we know your trip, as one all-inclusive price by phone, and nothing hidden gets added later.
How do you know a plane is safe?
We look at the operator's safety record, the aircraft's maintenance history and the crew on your flight before it ever reaches your quote. A plane that makes us uneasy stays off the list. You are welcome to ask what we checked.
What if my aircraft is grounded by a mechanical issue?
A grounded plane should not cost you. Our mechanical insurance covers up to 100% of the replacement flight cost, and we begin searching for another aircraft at once so your trip still happens.
Do you charge round trip for a one-way flight?
Never. We price point to point, so a one-way trip is billed as one way.
Do I need to buy hours ahead or sign a long contract?
No. There is no long term commitment. Call when a trip comes up, book just that flight, and that is it.
Can my dog come on the flight?
Yes, pets are welcome. Tell us the type of animal and about how big it is, and we will choose a cabin with enough floor space and let the crew know ahead of time.
How soon can you set up a flight?
We book on demand and answer the phone 24/7. When you can leave depends on which aircraft and crews are open, and we will tell you honestly what your timing allows.
Is there internet on board?
You can fly on WIFI equipped aircraft. Mention it first thing if you need to stay online, and we will quote only planes that have it.
